Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may result in a charge of up to 50% of the total service cost.

No-shows will forfeit the $25 booking fee and may be charged up to the full service amount.

If you rebook within 3 days, your booking fee can be credited to your next appointment.

If your tardiness affects multiple services (e.g., color + cut), you may be charged for all originally booked services, even if not performed.
